Happy New Year! We ended 2009 in high gear working with the Army SFAC program that works with wounded, ill and injured soldiers and also with the USAID mission in Kosovo where we conducted a two month capacity building process that culminated in a week long Team Building retreat in Kosovo with the 100+ mission staff. With the pressure of delivering today’s results we had very little time to reflect and write.
In recent times I’ve been reading Poetry and Prose from David Whyte and that has moved me to a deeply thoughtful place. I will share some of these reflections with you in the blog during the coming weeks and months. I welcome your engagement and dialogue in 2010!
