Trish Mooney, our Operations Manager, manages the internal operations including Transformation Strategies’ newsletter, blogs, and website. She coordinates and manages enrolments for programs up to 100 people ensuring a seamless administration of 360 instruments and a range of online assessments and preparing participant reports and materials. She also manages our cloud-based program management and monitoring tools to track participant progress in longer-term leadership development and coaching programs.
As Survey administrator, she builds on-line surveys, analyzes data and produces team and organization-wide survey reports.
As Conference Planner and Documenter, Trish has traveled with the Transformation Strategies team to Kosovo, Serbia and Liberia to support large group off sites and team building activities, documenting proceedings, team action plans and overall outcomes. For Army Family Programs she supported a three-year contract for the Soldier and Family Assistance Centers, Survivor Outreach Services, Exceptional Family Member Programs and joint meetings with the Wounded Warrior Command. In this role she served as documenter of conference proceedings and produced action-planning documents.
Trish has a BA in English and Dance from the University of Maryland, College Park. A former professional dancer, Trish now studies Qigong and Yoga. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Prince George’s Community College, Health and Fitness Program for over 20 years. She has a passion for doll making and fiber art and is the creator of the Heavy Baby Doll®.
