Regina M. Miller is a senior executive consultant, facilitator and coach with more than twenty-five years of proven success and experience in Organization and Leadership Development. Her background includes holding senior level executive roles in telecommunications organizations such as Air Touch Communications (now Vodafone/Verizon) and Vodafone, Czech Republic where she was responsible for designing all leadership development, strategy deployment, performance management and progressive people practices. As the head of client programs she provides expertise in the design and facilitation of leadership development, and action learning based coaching programs for executive teams and individual managers. Regina plays a strategic role with clients in the design and implementation of their overall talent management efforts including: assessment centers, 360 feedback, performance management, career development, leadership development and succession planning systems. She brings a unique focus on aligning all development efforts to achieve business strategies and imperatives.
Regina has worked for and consulted to large enterprises in a wide variety of industries and sectors including Vodafone, Microsoft, Banana Republic, Coach, Marriott, Thomson Reuters, USAID, Department of Defense, SWIFT, and Sikorsky Aircraft.
Regina holds her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Hunter College and a Master’s degree in Human Resources/OD from the New School for Social Research in New York. She attended the Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and is certified as a Clinical Executive Coach from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
Regina is an American citizen who has lived in New York, San Francisco and Prague, Czech Republic. She has travelled extensively abroad and is a student of Eastern European cultures. She lives near the ocean on the East End of Long Island and loves to surf, fish and sail.
